Upon arrival at City Apartments - Reubens Court, my travel companion and I were pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere of this hidden gem. the apartment, a 1-bedroom open-plan oasis, was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out, with every detail considered for our comfort. the fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and crockery provided us the option to dine in, although the bars and restaurants of York were just a few minutes' walk away. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment and the quality of the facilities. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living/dining area decorated in a modern style was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location of the apartment was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from York's historical center and a 15-minute walk from the Shambles shopping area. Despite being close to the city's attractions, we were tucked away in a quiet area, away from the bright lights and loud sounds, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the free high-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with access to a variety of entertainment options were a nice bonus. From the informative welcome pack to the thoughtful amenities provided, every aspect of our stay was carefully curated for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in York. We will definitely be returning in the future.
